You can mail a coconut?
Yes!
You can mail a coconut to and from any US State. However, to mail a coconut from Hawaii it must be inspected by the USDA for shipment. Since who wants to bother with that while you're on vacation we handle the inspection and shipping for you!
How does it work?
Visit us at the Hilo's Farmers Market on Saturdays to select a coconut or decorate your own!

You may either take your coconut with you to ship yourself or enjoy as a unique souvenir OR leave it with us to mail for you.
We mail all the coconuts the Monday following the market. All of our coconuts are mailed priority via USPS.
Then we email you your coconut's tracking number so you may follow it along on its journey to your friends and family.
Is the coconut in a box?
Nope! The coconut is given a spray of protective sealant and then it is mailed as is. No box required!

(please note that because of this the decorations on the coconut may receive some dents and dings during the shipping process)
Is it a real coconut?
You betcha! All of our coconuts are real coconuts grown on the Big Island of Hawaii.
You can hear the coconut water inside when you shake them!
How long does it take?
To ensure your receipients receive their coconuts as soon as possible we mail the coconuts on the Monday following the market. All coconuts are mailed via USPS priority mail. Most coconuts are delivered within 1 week. All coconuts are given an individual tracking number so you may follow it along on its journey.

(please note that we cannot control delays in shipping once the coconut is with USPS; but we've never had a coconut take longer than 2 weeks to reach its destination)
Where can I mail a coconut to?
Our coconuts can be sent to any address in the US, including Alaska!

How much does it cost?
All coconuts cost $55 +tax

Shipping is always included!
​
If you would like to just take your coconut immediately then each coconut is $25 +tax
Can I decorate my own coconut?
Yes!
